Hi everyone! We have been busy experimenting with new flavors and ways to make brigadeiros even more fun and delicious for your events! We delivered an order last week for a Book Club Meeting and for that one I decided to create something different. So I came up with the "Brigadeiro Truffles". Basically they are "little chocolates" filled with brigadeiro inside. Delicious!!!
For the brigadeiro truffles I had the Milk Chocolate filled with Classic White Brigadeiro, and the White Chocolate filled with the Classic Brigadeiro. For that same order, I also made a new flavor called "Very Berry" which is a strawberry flavored Brigadeiro. This week I will keep playing around with new flavors and new types of fun brigadeiros for your event!
